How do I get a quote?
Add products to your quote list from any aisle, search, Devland Swipe, the list matcher or a starter kit. Choose single or case and how many. Then open My quote, choose your store, add your name and phone number and send it.
The store checks stock and comes back to you with prices by email, phone or WhatsApp, whichever you choose.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Wholesale prices change often and differ by store and quantity, so each store prices your list when you send it. For the month's best prices, see the Monthly Specials and Citizen Weekly leaflets.
Do I need an account?
No. Your quote list is kept on your phone or computer until you send it. You can save lists for next time and share a list with a link.
What is the difference between single and case?
Many lines come as a single unit and as a full case (for example a case of 15). The pack picker on every product shows what is available; the case is how traders usually buy.
How do I pay and collect?
You pay and collect at the store once you accept the quote. If you need delivery, say so in the message box on your quote and the store will tell you what is possible.
Can I send a photo of my written list?
Yes. Attach a photo or PDF of your list on the quote form, or type it into "Paste a list" and the site finds the products for you.
How do I follow my quote?
You get a reference starting with DV- when you send it. Enter it with your phone number on the Track my quote page, or tap the link in your email.
Which store should I choose?
There are 23 Devland and partner stores. Tap "Use my location" in the store picker for the nearest, or choose the store you usually visit.
How do I open a stokvel account?
Deposit R2 500 to open your stokvel account and you receive a membership card, bulk savings and stokvel deals all year, plus an invitation to the annual Stokvel Party. The hamper planner on the Stokvel page works out what your group needs.
When are the stores open?
Standard hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday 08:00 to 15:00, and Sundays and public holidays 08:00 to 12:00. Some stores may differ, so call ahead if you are travelling far.
